Interpersonal Skills: Ability to manage workload autonomously as well as able to demonstrate ability to work as an active team player. I always treat colleagues and clients with utmost respect and am always an approachable person when dealing with clients and their queries.

Communication Skills: Ability to listen patiently and understand clients and others. I possess a highly tuned ability to interpret messages that are communicated in a rather subtle manner. I am multi-lingual in several languages which will help my communication with a diverse group of individuals.

Ability to Multi-task and prioritise: Proven ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a busy-paced environment. Ability to identify issues that are most important and work towards a goal-driven mission.

Creativity: Being able to come up with innovative ideas at a workplace is essential in today's day and age and the University of Canberra has prepped me well to be able to develop this skill.

Responsible: I am a very responsible individual and having to produce projects in teams has improved this pre-existing skill of mine.
GOALS:

Building on my communication skills: English being my second language and having to communicate with natives has always made me feel insecure. But given the line of work I have considered, I believe that with enough practice and hardwork, I can have competent communication skills to survive in the industry.

Enhancing my Networking SkilIs: I want to be able to improve my networking skills by exposing myself to networking opportunities so that I can start to build my career as well as learn to socialize on the side.

Improve on Technical Skills: As times have changed, I plan on taking up online courses and use the excel guide to enhance my excel skills. I want to be able to write up immaculate reports and plans to suit my industrial needs.

Critical thinking skills: People are complex and clients often seek help for problems in many domains of their lives. Being able to think on your feet and to think critically and creatively will allow you to effectively help your clients. Working in project groups over the past year has allowed me to think out of the box. Having to recreate ideas, and think of new methodologies when liaising with clients has most definitely improved my critical analytical skills. But this is a skill i am yet to master.
